1. Support HR Business Partners in daily personnel administration tasks, including pre-boarding, DPAE, and onboarding processes.
2. Draft and manage employment contracts and amendments, ensuring timely completion and compliance.
3. Compose various administrative correspondences related to employee management.
4. Coordinate with internal departments, such as HR reception and payroll services, to ensure seamless operations.
5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date administrative records and digital tools.
6. Define recruitment needs, criteria, and candidate profiles in collaboration with managers.
7. Draft and publish job advertisements across multiple platforms.
8. Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies.
9. Manage applications and conduct interviews in partnership with managers and HR Business Partners.
10. Provide regular activity reports.

1. Enrolled in a Master's program in Human Resources or a Business School with a specialization in Human Resources.
