1. Oversee the onboarding process for new employees, including pre-boarding, DPAE, and onboarding activities.
2. Draft and manage employment contracts and amendments, ensuring timely signatures.
3. Compose various administrative letters related to employee management.
4. Coordinate with other departments, particularly HR reception and payroll services.
5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date administrative records and digital tools.
6. Define recruitment needs, criteria, and profiles.
7. Draft and publish job advertisements across multiple platforms.
8. Develop and implement sourcing strategies.
9. Manage applications and conduct interviews in collaboration with Managers and HR Business Partners.
10. Provide regular activity reports.
11. Support and monitor the community of interns and apprentices.

1. Currently enrolled in a Master's program in Human Resources or a Business School with a specialization in Human Resources.
2. Proactive, enthusiastic, and dynamic with a strong sense of service and excellent interpersonal skills.
3. Interest in corporate functions and ability to act as an ambassador to candidates.
4. Recognized for organizational skills, teamwork, and attention to detail.
