- Support HR Business Partners in daily personnel administration tasks.
- Manage the recruitment process for permanent positions, including pre-boarding, DPAE, and onboarding.
- Draft and manage employment contracts and amendments, ensuring timely completion.
- Compose various administrative correspondence related to employee management.
- Coordinate with other departments, including HR reception and payroll services.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date administrative records and information systems.
- Define recruitment needs, criteria, and profiles.
- Draft and publish job advertisements across multiple platforms.
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies.
- Manage applications and conduct interviews in collaboration with managers and HR Business Partners.
- Provide regular activity reports.
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Human Resources or a Business School with a specialization in Human Resources.
- Enthusiastic and dynamic with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Strong service orientation and ability to act as an ambassador to candidates.
- Proactive with a high degree of organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively across different departments and functions.
Entry-level experience required.
Currently enrolled in a Master's program in Human Resources or Business School.
