1. Assist the Human Resources Manager in daily operations.
2. Support managers and operational staff in HR management, including labor law and social law.
3. Guide teams on disciplinary matters and prepare disciplinary procedures.
4. Address employee inquiries regarding their rights and obligations.
5. Draft necessary administrative documents and communications, such as HR notes, emails, and presentations.
6. Update and monitor the Economic and Social Database (BDESE).
7. Participate in the preparation of Works Council (CSE) meetings.
8. Organize, scan, and archive various HR documents.
9. Contribute to the deployment and management of various transversal HR projects.
10. Conduct regulatory and HR monitoring.

1. Enrolled in a Master's program in Human Resources or Social Law.
2. Previous internships in HR confirming motivation for generalist HR roles.

1. Strong knowledge of HR practices and labor law.
2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
3. Team-oriented with a passion for challenges.
4. Detail-oriented, dynamic, proactive, and eager to learn.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Beginner level experience, ideally through internships in HR, demonstrating a commitment to generalist HR functions and direct interaction with managers and operational staff.

Master's degree in Human Resources or Social Law (in progress).
