- Assist the Human Resources Manager in daily operations.
- Support managers and operational staff in HR management, including labor law and social law.
- Guide teams on disciplinary matters and prepare disciplinary procedures.
- Address employee inquiries regarding their rights and obligations.
- Draft necessary administrative documents and communications, such as HR notes, emails, and presentations.
- Update and monitor the Economic and Social Database (BDESE).
- Participate in the preparation of Works Council (CSE) meetings.
- Organize, scan, and archive various HR documents.
- Contribute to the deployment and management of various transversal HR projects.
- Conduct regulatory and HR monitoring.
- Enrolled in a Master's program in Human Resources or Social Law.
- Previous internships in HR confirming motivation for generalist HR roles.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices and labor law.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Team-oriented with a passion for challenges.
- Detail-oriented, dynamic, proactive, and eager to learn.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Beginner level experience, ideally through internships in HR, demonstrating a commitment to generalist HR functions and direct interaction with managers and operational staff.
Master's degree in Human Resources or Social Law (in progress).
