- Contribute to preventive actions for service continuity.
- Update HR tools including talent management and interfaces.
- Assist end-users in daily HRIS operations.
- Manage support tickets and resolve technical-functional incidents.
- Contribute to user documentation and training materials.
- Assist in organizing and conducting training sessions.
- Stay informed on technological advancements in HRIS.
- Recommend modernizations and improvements for HRIS tools.
- Collaborate with technical and functional teams to ensure HRIS efficiency.
- Conduct end-user training sessions.
- Maintain clear and regular communication with users and stakeholders.
- Degree in Human Resources (preferably a Master's in HR/HRIS) or IT with HR specialization.
- Proven experience in HR Information Systems or HRIS project management.
- Excellent service orientation and enthusiasm.
- Strong relational skills for diverse interactions.
- Analytical and synthesis capabilities.
- Solid understanding of HR processes and information systems.
- Proficiency in Excel and digital tools.
- Autonomy, organization, and effective project management skills.
A minimum of 3 years in a related role.
Master's degree in Human Resources or IT with HR specialization.
