1. Advise managers on strategic HR issues such as change management, organizational development, and managerial culture.
2. Oversee employee lifecycle management within the assigned perimeter.
3. Support managers in HR decision-making for their teams.
4. Lead the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviews, and onboarding.
5. Identify and communicate necessary training and development actions.
6. Manage personnel administration, including contracts and employee records.
7. Handle disciplinary cases and liaise with other departments.
8. Ensure compliance with social legislation.
9. Contribute to the implementation of HR policies at La Grande Epicerie de Paris.
10. Participate in annual reviews and talent assessments.
11. Coordinate and manage salary policy implementation.
12. Facilitate and animate social agreements and initiatives.

1. Degree in Human Resources or related field.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience as an HR Officer, preferably in the food distribution or hospitality sector.
