1. Advise managers on strategic HR issues, including change management, organizational development, and managerial culture.
2. Oversee the professional journey of employees within the designated perimeter.
3. Support managers in HR decision-making related to their teams.
4. Lead the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviews, and onboarding of new employees.
5. Identify necessary training and development actions to support employee growth and business expansion.
6. Manage personnel administration, including contracts and administrative follow-up.
7. Handle disciplinary cases and liaise with other departments.
8. Ensure compliance with social legislation.
9. Contribute to the implementation of HR policies at La Grande Epicerie de Paris, including annual reviews and talent assessments.
10. Participate in the implementation of salary policies and coordinate social agreements.

1. Degree in Human Resources or related field.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience as an HR Officer, preferably in the food retail or hospitality sector.

2. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to adapt to diverse stakeholders.
3. Passion for the food retail sector and talent identification.
4. Strong analytical and synthesis skills.
5. Solid knowledge of labor law.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Human Resources role, ideally within the food retail or hospitality industry.

Degree in Human Resources or related field.
