Le Bon Marché HR Business Partner

- Advise managers on strategic HR issues, including change management, organizational development, and managerial culture.

- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an HR Officer, preferably in the food retail or hospitality sector.
- Operational acumen with strong proactivity and reactivity.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to adapt to diverse stakeholders.
- Passion for the food retail sector and talent identification.
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills.
- Solid knowledge of labor law.
- Autonomous and rigorous work ethic.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Human Resources role, ideally within the food retail or hospitality industry.
Degree in Human Resources or related field.
