1. Advise managers on strategic HR issues including change management, organizational development, and managerial culture.
2. Oversee the professional journey of employees within the designated scope.
3. Support managers in all HR-related decisions concerning their teams.
4. Manage the entire recruitment process, including sourcing, interviews, and onboarding.
5. Identify and communicate training and development needs to support employee growth and business objectives.
6. Administer personnel matters including contracts and employee records.
7. Handle disciplinary actions and liaise with other departments as necessary.
8. Ensure compliance with social legislation.
9. Contribute to the implementation of HR policies at La Grande Epicerie de Paris.
10. Participate in annual reviews and talent assessments.
11. Implement salary policies and coordinate social agreements.

1. Degree in Human Resources or related field.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience as an HR Officer, preferably in the food retail or hospitality industry.

2. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build quality relationships.
3. Passion for the food retail sector and talent identification.
4. Analytical and synthesis skills with strong knowledge of labor law.
5. Autonomy and rigor.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Human Resources role, ideally within the food retail or hospitality sectors.

Degree in Human Resources or related field.
