1. Welcome and assist clients, ensuring product quality and restocking to enhance sales and customer loyalty.
2. Participate in the opening of the department, ensuring product placement, expiration date tracking, inventory management, and daily restocking.
3. Advise high-end clientele by understanding their needs and providing expert recommendations.
4. Prepare and present products, offering tastings to promote additional sales.
5. Animate and maintain the department's vibrant atmosphere.
6. Assist in closing duties, including cleaning, adhering to hygiene standards, and conducting inventories.

1. Successful initial experience in a similar role.
2. Ideally possess a CAP in Fishmongery.
3. Strong interest in sales and gastronomy.

1. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
2. Dynamic, responsive, curious, autonomous, and versatile.

Entry-level experience required, with a preference for candidates with prior exposure in a similar role.

CAP in Fishmongery preferred.
