2. Participate in the opening of the fish section, ensuring product display, compliance with expiration dates, and daily restocking.
3. Advise high-end clientele by understanding their needs and offering tailored recommendations.
4. Prepare and present products, encouraging tastings and promoting additional sales.
5. Animate and maintain the vibrancy of the fish section.
6. Assist in closing procedures and contribute to daily operations, including cleaning, adhering to hygiene standards, and conducting inventories.

1. Successful initial experience in a similar role.
2. Ideally holding a CAP in Fishmongery.
