1. Welcome and assist customers while ensuring product restocking and quality to boost sales and customer loyalty.
2. Participate in the opening of the department, ensuring the display of products while adhering to expiration dates, inventory management, labeling, delivery organization, and daily restocking.
3. Advise high-end clientele by understanding their needs and providing expert product knowledge.
4. Prepare and present products, offering tastings to promote additional sales.
5. Animate and enhance the department's atmosphere.
6. Assist in closing duties and contribute to the daily operations of the department, including cleaning, hygiene compliance, and inventory management.

1. Successful initial experience in a similar role.
2. Ideally holds a CAP in Fishmongery.

1. Strong interest in sales and gastronomy.
2. Excellent interpersonal skills, customer service orientation, and a passion for challenges.
3. Dynamic, responsive, curious, autonomous, and versatile.

Entry-level experience required.

CAP in Fishmongery preferred.
