1. Welcome and assist customers, ensuring high-quality service and product replenishment to drive sales and customer loyalty.
2. Contribute to the opening of the fish section, ensuring product placement adheres to expiration dates, shrinkage, labeling, delivery organization, and daily restocking.
3. Advise high-end clientele by understanding their needs and offering tailored recommendations.
4. Prepare and present products, offering tastings to boost complementary sales.
5. Animate and maintain the vibrancy of the fish section.
6. Assist in closing duties and participate in daily operations, including cleaning, adhering to hygiene standards, and conducting inventories.

1. Successful initial experience in a similar role.
2. Ideally possess a CAP in Fishmonger.
3. Strong interest in sales and gastronomy.
