2. Participate in the opening of the department, ensuring product display and quality control, including monitoring expiration dates and managing inventory.
3. Prepare and present products, offering tastings and promoting additional sales.
4. Animate and maintain the department's vibrancy, contributing to its daily operations including cleaning, hygiene compliance, and inventory management.
5. Assist in closing procedures and support the overall daily functioning of the department.

1. Successful initial experience in a similar role.
2. Ideally possess a CAP in Fishmongery.
3. Strong affinity for sales and gastronomy.
4. Excellent interpersonal skills, customer service orientation, and a passion for challenges.
