Le Bon Marché Financial Controller

- Collaborate with the Director of Gastronomy and laboratory chefs to monitor production.
- Ensure the accuracy of store orders and their valuation through monthly alignment meetings between stores and laboratories.
- Manage the profit margins of each laboratory and conduct monthly reviews with chefs to discuss closed month results.
- Analyze personnel costs and transfer prices to stores.
- Participate in the integration project of laboratories into the GOLD system.
- Work with sector managers for the two stores and restaurant teams to support activity management through monthly performance analysis.
- Guide managers in analyzing monthly performance metrics such as sales, margins, profitability per linear meter, markdowns, and personnel costs.
- Act as the reference for monitoring and managing the Event Catering and BtoB Gift activities, collaborating closely with the BtoB Manager on P&L tracking.
- Bachelor's degree +5 in Business School/Management Control/Finance or equivalent university degree.
- 2 to 3 years of experience in industrial or commercial management control.
- Result-oriented with a strong sensitivity to information systems.
- Proactive with excellent analytical skills.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to educate and challenge stakeholders.
- Autonomous and meticulous with strong organizational skills.
- Dynamic and reactive with a passion for operational tasks.
- Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Teamwork oriented.
2 to 3 years of experience in industrial or commercial management control.
Bachelor's degree +5 in Business School/Management Control/Finance or equivalent university degree.
