1. Collaborate with the Director of Gastronomy and laboratory chefs to monitor production activities.
2. Ensure the accuracy and valuation of store orders through monthly alignment meetings between stores and laboratories.
3. Oversee the profit margins of each laboratory and conduct monthly reviews with chefs to discuss closed monthly results.
4. Analyze personnel expenses and transfer prices to stores.
5. Participate in the integration project of laboratories into the GOLD system.
6. Work closely with sector managers for two stores and the restaurant team at La Table to support activity management through monthly performance analysis.
7. Act as the reference for monitoring and managing the Event Catering and B2B Gift activities, collaborating closely with the B2B Manager on P&L tracking.

1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
2. 2-3 years of experience in industrial or commercial financial control.

1. Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office Suite.
2. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
4. Ability to work autonomously with a high degree of accuracy.
5. Organizational and anticipatory skills.
6. Dynamic, proactive, and team-oriented.

2-3 years of experience in industrial or commercial financial control.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
