1. Monitor and analyze the actual performance of assigned departments on a monthly and quarterly basis, highlighting key insights and alerting the financial control manager to potential risks and opportunities.
2. Provide monthly support to budget managers of two departments in analyzing management indicators and co-developing action plans.
3. Collaborate with stakeholders to construct budgets and budget revisions, offering challenges, advice, and support in project cost estimation.
4. Conduct monthly financial impact analyses of the store's loyalty program.
5. Perform ad-hoc studies within the designated scope.

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or Finance with a specialization in management/finance.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and SAP.
2. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
3. Excellent teamwork and collaboration abilities.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role is required.
