1. Develop a strategic vision for assigned fashion and accessory sectors in alignment with the store's overarching strategy.
2. Collaborate with department directors to define, present, and implement trend strategies.
3. Construct sector offerings with purchasing teams, leveraging deep sector knowledge and expertise.
4. Propose and define pioneering themes, concepts, product groupings, and exhibitions.
5. Ensure trend coherence across the store.
6. Participate in trade shows and prospecting trips, maintaining daily trend, brand, and product surveillance.
7. Support Marketing, Artistic, and Image departments in promoting these sectors through various media such as window displays, catalogs, press, and exhibitions.

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in the fashion industry.
2. Advanced degree in commerce or fashion.

1. Strong product sense and curiosity, particularly in fashion and accessories.
2. Proficiency in social media.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Creativity, inspiration, adaptability, autonomy, and organizational ability.
5. Client-oriented with a focus on commercial results and tangible achievements.
6. Fluent in English.
7. Proficient in InDesign and PowerPoint.
