Le Bon Marché Event Catering Project Manager

- Define and clarify client requests for events.
- Coordinate with suppliers for culinary services, equipment rental, service staff, decoration, and other needs.
- Initiate orders with internal and external suppliers following client approval, adhering to deadlines.
- Communicate event details to service providers in advance.
- Oversee the event execution to ensure alignment with client expectations and implement corrective measures if necessary.
- Conduct debriefings with service providers and clients post-event.
- Manage the administrative follow-up, including event billing and supplier invoicing.
- Monitor event profitability, including expenses and revenue.
- Research new service providers and development opportunities for the event catering service.
- Explore culinary, CSR, and scenographic trends in the event catering market.
- Collaborate with laboratories to create new seasonal menus.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business School with a specialization in hospitality/catering or equivalent university degree.
- Minimum of 3 years of project management experience, ideally in the food or catering industry.
- Strong knowledge of food products and culinary trends.
- Excellent interpersonal and relational skills with a strong client focus.
- Proactive with the ability to respond swiftly to unforeseen situations.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
- Team-oriented with the ability to collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders.
- Innovative thinking and a commitment to continuous improvement.
Minimum of 3 years in project management, preferably within the food or catering sector.
Bachelor's degree in Business with a specialization in hospitality or catering.
