- Participate in the deployment of actions to implement the environmental strategy in collaboration with various departments, focusing on responsible product and service development, circularity, carbon footprint reduction, biodiversity, and stakeholder engagement.
- Coordinate rituals of different community-related instances within the store, including pilots by direction, volunteer collectives, and department references.
- Ensure regular follow-up and evaluation of actions, facilitating both internal and external communications, and verify texts produced by other departments on environmental topics.
- Lead specific projects outlined in the roadmap and propose new initiatives.
- Contribute to the drafting and implementation of procedures.
- Participate in internal training, awareness, and support activities related to the environmental policy strategy.
- Contribute to reporting to measure and highlight environmental performance in alignment with objectives across five domains.
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Environmental Studies, Engineering, or Business with a specialization in Environment.
- Knowledge of environmental regulations (ISO standards, AGEC law, etc.) and a good understanding of Life Cycle Assessment (LCA), brand environmental strategies, and circular economy.
- Teamwork and project management skills with various stakeholders.
- Curiosity and proactivity.
- Strong analytical skills and adaptability.
- Organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Excel (advanced functions) and PowerPoint.
- Excellent written communication skills are a plus.
Entry-level position suitable for candidates with foundational knowledge in environmental topics, particularly in luxury fashion and gourmet food sectors.
Master's degree in Environmental Studies, Engineering, or Business with a specialization in Environment (in progress).
