1. Manage the processing of administrative documents provided by brands prior to their teams' arrival at the store.
2. Create digital profiles for brand employees before their arrival.
3. Welcome new arrivals and issue access badges for various facilities.
4. Produce badges for Le Bon Marché employees and provide initial reception support in collaboration with HR teams.
5. Organize and archive administrative documents following profile creation in the digital system.
6. Prepare brand kits for commercial contract signings.
7. Monitor supplier compliance concerning concealed work prevention (e-Attestations).
8. Administer the Salesforce LBM Brand Portal platform.
9. Create and renew profiles for demonstrators and temporary staff.
10. Oversee locker room management.
11. Train and liaise with RADs/buyers/assistants on demonstration-related obligations.

1. Proven customer orientation and service mindset.
2. Confirmed experience in administrative support roles.
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
4. Strong sense of confidentiality and data protection.
5. Ability to prioritize tasks and demonstrate proactivity and agility.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
2. Comfortable with digital tools and platforms.
3. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar administrative support role is required.
