Le Bon Marché E-Commerce Category Manager

- Define and develop the product assortment for the e-commerce site of La Grande Epicerie de Paris.
- Construct and communicate the product launch schedule to project managers.
- Ensure target margin achievement per department.
- Develop the offering of gift boxes.
- Create daily, weekly, and monthly reports on product and category performance, sharing associated recommendations.
- Analyze category and brand performance to identify development opportunities.
- Monitor and manage the website's margin.
- Forecast sales for commercial operations and new product launches, collaborating with buyers and stores to manage sell-through rates.
- Coordinate with logistics teams to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Conduct regular competitive analysis to identify opportunities and propose e-commerce recommendations.
- Collaborate with buyers to strengthen digital partnerships with suppliers.
- Liaise between buyers and the Marketing Client team to align e-commerce commercial priorities.
- Bachelor's degree equivalent to Bac +5 in Business or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Category Manager in the Food sector, ideally with digital expertise.
- Strong analytical skills and commercial acumen.
- Proficiency in Excel.
- Ability to manage operational tasks effectively.
- Proactive and client-oriented with strong teamwork and cross-functional collaboration skills.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in category management within the food industry, with a focus on digital platforms.
Bachelor's degree equivalent to Bac +5 in Business or a related field.
