E-Commerce Category Manager

1. Define and develop the product offering for the e-commerce site.
2. Create and communicate the product launch schedule to project managers.
3. Ensure target margin achievement by category.
4. Develop and expand the gift box offerings.
5. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on product and category performance and share recommendations.
6. Monitor and analyze product category and brand performance to identify development opportunities.
7. Analyze and manage the website's margin.
8. Forecast sales for commercial operations and new product launches, and manage sell-through rates with buyers and stores.
9. Monitor stock levels with logistics teams to minimize stockouts or overstock.
10. Conduct regular competitive analysis to identify opportunities and propose e-commerce recommendations.
11. Analyze the attractiveness of categories, products, brands, and popular search terms on the site.
12. Collaborate with buyers to strengthen digital partnerships with suppliers.
13. Coordinate with the Marketing Client team to align e-commerce commercial priorities and propose featured product selections.

1. Bachelor's degree (Bac + 5) from a business school or equivalent university.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Category Manager in the food industry, ideally in digital.
