1. Develop and execute strategies to increase sales and profit margins for the Patisserie department in alignment with the store's commercial policy.
2. Lead and manage a team to ensure exceptional customer service and hospitality standards.
3. Implement continuous improvement plans to enhance customer satisfaction.
4. Ensure compliance with hygiene, quality, environment, and safety regulations.
5. Oversee merchandising, stock management, and the quality of the commercial offer.
6. Execute commercial operations, including competitive analysis and price monitoring.
7. Collaborate with the Buyer to construct and refine the product assortment.
8. Manage the department's profit and loss account, budget, and inventory.
9. Analyze sales and margins to propose and implement corrective actions.

1. Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field (Bac+3/4).
2. Experience in managing commercial teams within the food retail sector.

2. Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
3. Proficiency in sales analysis and strategic planning.
4. Knowledge of retail merchandising and stock management.

Entry-level experience in managing commercial teams in the food industry is required.
