7. Collaborate with the Buyer to construct the department's product offering, providing input on product referencing and visual merchandising needs.
8. Manage the department's profit and loss account, budget, and sales analysis, proposing corrective actions to drive sales growth.
9. Organize and participate in inventory management and control, optimizing stock loss.
