- Ensure GDPR compliance for projects involving personal data processing, including loyalty programs, CRM campaigns, and HR management.
- Conduct and update Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs) in collaboration with the Cybersecurity team.
- Maintain the register of processing activities, information notices, and privacy policies.
- Draft, validate, and negotiate clauses and contracts related to IT, digital, and AI domains.
- Manage data subject rights requests such as access, objection, and erasure.
- Educate and train internal teams on data protection issues.
- Perform legal and regulatory monitoring on GDPR topics.
- Assist the Legal Director in communications with regulatory authorities such as CNIL.
- Participate in the LVMH Group's network of data protection officers and implement recommendations.
- Update risk mapping and develop reports on anti-corruption and compliance measures.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of internal procedures, including anti-corruption training and conflict of interest management.
- Collaborate with departments such as Internal Control, HR, Finance, and Security to ensure a culture of compliance.
- Conduct legal and regulatory monitoring on compliance, business ethics, data protection, and anti-money laundering.
- Contribute to the creation and implementation of ethics and compliance frameworks for AI.
- Master's degree in New Technologies Law and/or Digital Law.
- Strong knowledge of GDPR, AI, and compliance regulations.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
- Proactive and able to work transversally.
- Curiosity, adaptability, and responsiveness.
- Strong organizational, writing, and synthesis skills.
- Excellent pedagogical abilities and prioritization skills.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Minimum of 5 years in a similar role, with a strong background in GDPR, AI, and compliance.
Master's degree in New Technologies Law and/or Digital Law.
