1. Welcome, inform, advise, and guide customers.
2. Manage telephone and email inquiries.
3. Prepare and transmit customer quotes and orders to production labs and departments.
4. Handle customer transactions and refunds.
5. Execute customer billing.
6. Prepare delivery slips for shipments.
7. Receive and prepare customer orders from labs and departments.
8. Alert supervisors in case of technical issues or customer disputes.
9. Manage in-store pickups.
10. Communicate information about upcoming services or events to supervisors.
11. Perform gift wrapping and packaging.
12. Support cashier teams as needed.

1. Previous experience in the food industry is preferred.
2. Strong passion for sales and gastronomy.
