Le Bon Marché Customer Relations Advisor - Remote Channels

- Respond to customer inquiries across all channels, including loyalty programs, e-commerce offerings, store hours, and product availability.
- Manage remote customer requests and issues, such as complaints, compensations, disputes, and ongoing cases, through phone, email, social media, and mail for both the store and website.
- Oversee and engage in social media interactions.
- Promote the services, brands, and benefits of the physical store and website to customers.
- Proactively assist customers to ensure their satisfaction.
- Conduct outbound call campaigns for event organization.
- Contribute to activity analysis and service organization.
- Participate in the onboarding of new team members.
- Previous experience in customer service and reception, particularly via telephone.
- Experience in community management and familiarity with social media platforms.
- Proficiency in communication, both verbal and written.
- Comfortable with Customer Relationship Management tools such as Salesforce or Zendesk.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented approach.
- Result-driven and team-oriented.
- Diplomatic, dynamic, proactive, and adaptable.
- Rigorous and detail-oriented.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken; proficiency in an additional language is advantageous.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools like Salesforce or Zendesk.
- Social media management skills.
Entry-level experience in customer service and community management is required.
