Le Bon Marché Customer Relations Advisor - Remote Channels

- Respond to customer inquiries across all channels, including loyalty programs, e-commerce offerings, store hours, and product availability.
- Manage remote customer requests and needs, including complaints, compensations, disputes, and ongoing cases via phone, email, social media, and mail for both the store and website.
- Oversee and engage in social media interactions.
- Promote store and website services, brands, and benefits to customers.
- Proactively assist customers to ensure satisfaction.
- Conduct outbound call campaigns for event organization.
- Contribute to activity analysis and service organization.
- Participate in the onboarding of new team members.
- Previous experience in customer service, particularly via phone.
- Experience in community management and a strong understanding of social media platforms.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in using Customer Relationship Management tools such as Salesforce or Zendesk.
- Strong customer orientation and interpersonal skills.
- Result-oriented with a team-working mindset.
- Diplomatic, dynamic, proactive, and adaptable.
- Rigorous and detail-oriented.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken; additional languages are advantageous.
Entry-level experience in customer service and community management.
