1. Serve as an ambassador for Le Bon Marché's services, welcoming each client as a guest and offering personalized experiences.
2. Provide comprehensive information and promote the development of all services, including the 24 Sèvres loyalty card.
3. Welcome and guide clients within the store, ensuring a seamless customer journey.
4. Collect and resolve customer complaints, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.

1. Previous experience in customer service within a high-end environment.

1. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
2. Strong service orientation and ability to work in a luxury setting.
3. Enthusiastic, dynamic, and proactive with the ability to work effectively in a team.
4. Fluent in English; proficiency in a third language is advantageous.
5. Availability to work on Saturdays and potentially some Sundays.

Entry-level experience in customer service, particularly in luxury or high-end retail.
