1. Serve as an ambassador for Le Bon Marché's services, welcoming each client as a guest.
2. Provide personalized shopping experiences based on clients' preferences and current store offerings.
3. Collaborate with Customer Relations Managers to ensure seamless client interactions.
4. Promote and develop the store's services, including the 24 Sèvres loyalty card.
5. Greet and guide clients within the store environment.
6. Collect and resolve customer complaints efficiently.

1. Previous experience in customer service within a high-end environment.
2. Fluency in English; proficiency in an additional language is advantageous.
3. Availability to work on Saturdays and potentially some Sundays.
