1. Respond to customer inquiries across all channels regarding loyalty programs, e-commerce offerings, store hours, and product availability.
2. Manage remote customer requests and needs, including complaints, compensations, disputes, and ongoing cases via phone, email, social media, and mail for both the store and website.
3. Oversee and engage in social media interactions.
4. Promote the services, brands, and benefits of the physical store and website to customers.
5. Proactively assist customers to ensure their satisfaction.
6. Conduct outbound call campaigns for event organization.
7. Contribute to activity analysis and service organization.

1. Previous experience in customer service, particularly via telephone.
2. Experience in community management with a strong understanding of social media platforms.

1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
2. Proficiency in CRM tools such as Salesforce, Desk, or Zendesk.
3. Strong customer orientation and interpersonal skills.
4. Result-oriented with a team spirit.
5. Diplomatic, dynamic, proactive, and adaptable.
6. Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.

Entry-level experience in customer service and community management is required.
