- Serve as an ambassador for Le Bon Marché's services, welcoming each client as a valued guest.
- Provide personalized guidance and orientation to clients within the store.
- Promote and develop the full range of services offered, including the 24 Sèvres loyalty card.
- Address and resolve customer complaints efficiently.
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a strong sense of service in a high-end environment.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in a third language is advantageous.
- Enthusiastic, dynamic, and proactive with the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Adaptability and responsiveness to customer needs.
A minimum of initial experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in luxury retail or hospitality.
Full-time permanent position with a 35-hour workweek spread over four days, offering three consecutive days off.
