- Serve as an ambassador of Le Bon Marché's services, welcoming each client as a valued guest.
- Provide personalized client experiences by suggesting tailored store journeys.
- Act as a liaison for customer inquiries, offering guidance and service within the store.
- Promote and develop the store's services, including the 24 Sèvres loyalty card.
- Address and resolve customer complaints efficiently.
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and a strong sense of service in a high-end environment.
- Enthusiastic and dynamic with a proactive mindset.
- Ability to work effectively in a team setting.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in a third language is advantageous.
Entry-level experience in customer service is required.
