- Serve as an ambassador for Le Bon Marché's services, welcoming each client as a valued guest.
- Provide personalized guidance and orientation to clients within the store.
- Promote and develop the store's services, including the 24 Sèvres loyalty card.
- Address and resolve customer complaints efficiently.
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in a third language is advantageous.
- Availability to work on Saturdays and some Sundays.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong sense of service in a luxury environment.
- Enthusiastic, dynamic, and proactive team player.
- Ability to adapt and respond promptly to customer needs.
Entry-level experience in customer service or a related field is required.
