Responsibilities
- Act as an ambassador for Le Bon Marché's services, welcoming each client as a guest.
- Provide personalized shopping experiences based on clients' interests.
- Serve as a liaison for customer reception, orientation, and services within the store.
- Promote and develop all services offered, including the 24 Sèvres loyalty card.
- Welcome and guide customers throughout the store.
- Collect and resolve customer complaints.
Qualifications
- First experience in customer reception.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong sense of service in a high-end environment.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in a third language is a plus.
- Available to work on Saturdays and some Sundays.

Experience Requirements
Entry-level experience in customer reception.
Job Benefits
