Le Bon Marché Customer Relations Advisor

- Serve as an ambassador for Le Bon Marché's services, welcoming each client as a valued guest.
- Provide personalized shopping experiences based on clients' preferences and current store offerings.
- Support customer relations managers in greeting, guiding, and assisting clients within the store.
- Promote and develop the store's services, including the 24 Sèvres loyalty card.
- Address and resolve customer complaints efficiently.
- Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong service orientation in a luxury environment.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in a third language is advantageous.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
- Proactive and dynamic with a strong sense of initiative.
Entry-level experience in customer service or hospitality is required.
