Responsibilities
  1. Assist in the preparation and production of culinary products under the guidance of the Head Chef.
  2. Adhere to hygiene and safety regulations during food preparation.
  3. Perform preliminary tasks, basic preparations, assembly, and finishing of dishes.
  4. Contribute to the daily operations of the kitchen, including equipment maintenance and workspace cleanliness.
  5. Monitor and manage stock levels.
Qualifications
  1. Enrollment in a CAP Cuisine or equivalent culinary program.
Skills
  1. Passion for gastronomy and culinary arts.
  2. Organizational skills.
  3. Ability to work in a high-end environment.
Experience Requirements

No prior experience required; suitable for beginners.

Education Requirements

Currently pursuing CAP Cuisine or Mention Complémentaire Traiteur or equivalent.
