- Manage CRM projects for the development of Le Bon Marché's campaigns.
- Oversee the creation of multichannel campaigns including mailing, emailing, and SMS, coordinating briefs, creative exchanges, and integration with internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate with various departments such as Purchasing, Artistic Direction, Customer Relations, and brands to define and optimize contact plans, and select, integrate, and validate content.
- Conduct monthly competitive benchmarking to enhance campaign strategies.
- Implement A/B testing to optimize communication campaign performance.
- Participate in the targeting of both commercial and relational multichannel marketing campaigns using campaign management tools.
- Develop proficiency in Adobe Campaign management tool.
- Ensure reporting of campaigns and projects with recommendations for campaign evolution.
- Collaborate with the Data team to understand customer behavior, propose new campaigns, and improve profitability.
- Contribute to transversal CRM projects and initiatives aimed at enriching the database.
- Student in final year of business school or master's program with a specialization in Communications & Marketing.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent writing skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across various departments.
- Creative sensibility.
- Prior experience in communication, either in-house or agency, with a client-oriented approach preferred.
- Knowledge of Photoshop and graphic creation tools is a plus.
