1. Lead CRM projects for the development of Le Bon Marché's campaigns.
2. Oversee the creation of multichannel campaigns including mailing, emailing, and SMS, managing briefs, creative feedback, integration, and communication with internal and external stakeholders.
3. Coordinate with various departments such as Purchasing, Artistic Direction, Image, and Customer Relations to define and optimize the contact plan, integrate content, and ensure validation.
4. Conduct monthly competitive benchmarking to enhance campaign strategies.
5. Implement A/B testing to optimize communication campaign performance.
6. Participate in the targeting of both commercial and relational multichannel marketing campaigns using campaign management tools.
7. Enhance skills in campaign management tools, specifically Adobe Campaign.
8. Ensure reporting of campaigns and projects with recommendations for campaign evolution.
9. Collaborate with the Data team to understand customer behavior, propose new campaigns, and improve profitability.
10. Contribute to transversal CRM projects and initiatives aimed at enriching the database.

1. Student in final year of a Master's program in Business School or University with a specialization in Communications & Marketing.

1. High level of rigor and attention to detail.
2. Strong writing skills.
3. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work cross-functionally with diverse stakeholders.
4. Creative sensitivity.
5. Experience in communication within an advertising agency or client-side with a customer-oriented focus is preferred.
6. Knowledge of Photoshop and graphic creation tools is an advantage.
