- Lead CRM projects for the development of Le Bon Marché's campaigns.
- Oversee the creation of multichannel campaigns including mailing, emailing, and SMS, managing briefs, creative feedback, integration, and communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate with various departments such as Purchasing, Artistic Direction, Image, and Customer Relations to define and optimize the contact plan, integrate content, and ensure validation.
- Conduct monthly competitive benchmarking to enhance campaign strategies.
- Implement A/B testing to optimize communication campaign performance.
- Participate in the targeting of both commercial and relational multichannel marketing campaigns using campaign management tools.
- Enhance skills in campaign management tools, specifically Adobe Campaign.
- Ensure reporting of campaigns and projects with recommendations for campaign evolution.
- Collaborate with the Data team to understand customer behavior, propose new campaigns, and improve profitability.
- Contribute to transversal CRM projects and initiatives aimed at enriching the database.
- Student in final year of a Master's program in Business School or University with a specialization in Communications & Marketing.
- High level of rigor and attention to detail.
- Strong writing skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work cross-functionally with diverse stakeholders.
- Creative sensitivity.
- Experience in communication within an advertising agency or client-side with a customer-oriented focus is preferred.
- Knowledge of Photoshop and graphic creation tools is an advantage.
Entry-level, suitable for students completing their studies.
Final year Master's student in Communications & Marketing.
