1. Provide operational support for the creation of print and digital communication materials related to the loyalty program and customer & partner events.
2. Collaborate with CRM Project Managers, graphic designers, and external agencies on communication tools and offers, including timelines, briefs, text writing, shoot preparations, and final newsletter production.
3. Analyze communications using various KPIs.
4. Update existing communication tools, focusing on creative optimization, translations, and text and condition updates.
5. Develop internal communication tools in collaboration with CRM Project Managers.
6. Conduct competitive analysis and create benchmarks aligned with CRM team needs.
7. Manage budgetary and administrative tasks, including tracking quotes, invoices, and event results reporting.

1. Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Business School or University with a specialization in Communications & Marketing.
2. Recognized for dynamism, rigor, and attention to detail.
3. Creative sensitivity and interest in luxury and gastronomy.
4. Desire to thrive in a human-centric team in a responsible role.
