1. Provide operational support for creating print and digital communication materials related to the loyalty program and customer and partner engagement activities.
2. Collaborate with CRM Project Managers, graphic designers, and external agencies to manage the creation of communication tools and offers, including timelines, briefs, text writing, shoot preparations, newsletters, printing, and distribution.
3. Analyze communications using various KPIs.
4. Update existing communication tools, focusing on creative optimization, translations, and text and condition updates.
5. Create internal communication tools in collaboration with CRM Project Managers.
6. Conduct competitive analysis and develop benchmarks aligned with CRM team needs.
7. Manage budgetary and administrative tasks, including tracking quotes, invoices, and event result reporting.

1. Currently pursuing a Master's degree (Bac +4/5) in Business School or University with a specialization in Communications & Marketing.

1. Dynamic, detail-oriented, and rigorous.
2. Creative sensitivity and strong editorial content skills.
3. Interest in the luxury and gastronomy sectors.
4. Proficiency in Photoshop and graphic design tools is advantageous.

No prior experience required.

Pursuing a Master's degree in Communications & Marketing.
