- Support the operational execution of print and digital communication materials.
- Ensure proper implementation of signage related to retail promotions and thematic events.
- Assist the CRM & Promotion Manager and their team in various tasks.
- Create client email campaigns, including artistic inspiration, template creation, and campaign briefing.
- Coordinate SMS client campaigns.
- Monitor CRM performance and consolidate post-campaign KPIs.
- Conduct competitive analysis on client communication strategies.
- Update existing communication tools, including creative optimization and translations.
- Oversee in-store installation of promotional and retail animation signage.
- Program in-store digital screens.
- Conduct competitive analysis related to signage.
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or a related field with a focus on Communication & Marketing.
- Ideally, some experience in CRM, client communications management, or retail marketing.
- Fluent in both English and French, written and spoken.
- Familiarity with Dartagnan or Adobe Campaign is advantageous.
- Demonstrated autonomy and creativity.
- Strong numerical aptitude.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Adobe).
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset.
- Client and results-oriented approach.
Ideal candidates will have some prior experience in CRM, client communications, or retail marketing, particularly within luxury department stores.
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or a related field with a focus on Communication & Marketing.
