1. Draft and negotiate commercial and marketing contracts, including IT agreements, service supply contracts, and art loan partnerships.
2. Advise the Store Management and operational teams on contract law, competition law, and consumer law, ensuring compliance with commercial operations.
3. Provide legal support for store projects, including digital transformation and AI tool integration.
4. Manage and oversee pre-litigation and litigation processes.
5. Prepare and conduct training sessions for management and operational teams.

1. Advanced legal education with a specialization in Business Law, such as a Master 2 in Business Law, and potentially an LLM or a Master's from a business school.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a legal department, preferably within a group in the distribution or luxury sector.
3. Strong knowledge of contract law and business law.
4. International experience is appreciated.
5. Fluency in both English and French, both oral and written.
