Le Bon Marché Corporate Gifts Sales Executive

- Develop and manage a client portfolio, responding to tenders and incoming requests.
- Increase revenue through proactive client prospecting.
- Ensure exceptional service quality by identifying client needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Draft quotations, liaise with internal and external suppliers, and initiate order processing.
- Coordinate production and shipment in collaboration with the order preparation center and supply chain service.
- Oversee the entire order process from negotiation to final delivery, including billing.
- Train and support additional sales staff during peak periods.
- Collaborate with buyers to develop and refresh the product offering.
- Create a gift catalog with unique services and offerings in collaboration with marketing teams.
- Conduct competitive analysis.
- Draft newsletters and client communications in conjunction with the CRM department.
- Monitor monthly KPIs and CRM dashboards.
- Report to management and oversee administrative activities and the service's P&L.
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field (Bac +5)
- Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Strong commercial acumen
- Results-oriented with a focus on client satisfaction
- Dynamic and proactive with excellent priority management
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Fluent in English
A minimum of 2 years of successful experience in corporate gifting, selective distribution sales, or B2B environments.
Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field (Bac +5)
