1. Develop and manage a client portfolio by responding to tenders and incoming requests.
2. Drive revenue growth through proactive client prospecting.
3. Ensure exceptional customer service by identifying client needs and providing tailored solutions.
4. Prepare quotes, liaise with internal and external suppliers, and initiate orders.
5. Coordinate production and shipping in collaboration with the warehouse and supply chain department.
6. Oversee the entire order process from negotiation to final delivery, including invoicing.
7. Collaborate with buyers to develop and refresh the product offering.
8. Create a gift catalog with distinctive services in collaboration with the marketing team.
9. Draft newsletters and client communications with the CRM department.
10. Monitor monthly KPIs and CRM dashboards.
11. Report to management and maintain administrative oversight of the service's P&L.

1. Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent university qualification.
2. Minimum of 2 years of successful experience in corporate gifting, selective distribution sales, or B2B.

2. Strong commercial acumen.
3. Results-oriented with a focus on customer satisfaction.
4. Dynamic with strong priority management and proactivity.
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
6. Fluent in English.

Minimum of 2 years of successful experience in corporate gifting, selective distribution sales, or B2B.
