Le Bon Marché Corporate Gift Sales Executive

- Develop and manage a client portfolio by responding to tenders and incoming requests.
- Increase service revenue through proactive client prospecting.
- Ensure exceptional service quality by identifying client needs, providing tailored advice, and delivering bespoke solutions.
- Draft quotations, liaise with internal and external suppliers, and initiate order processing.
- Coordinate production and shipping in collaboration with the warehouse and supply chain services.
- Oversee the quantitative and qualitative tracking of orders from negotiation to final delivery, including invoicing.
- Collaborate with buyers to develop and refresh the client offering.
- Create a distinctive gift catalogue in partnership with group marketing teams.
- Draft newsletters and client communications in conjunction with the group CRM department.
- Monitor monthly KPIs and CRM dashboards.
- Report to management and handle administrative follow-up of the service's activities and P&L.
- Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent university qualification.
- Proven track record of 2 years in corporate gift sales, selective distribution, or B2B sales.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Strong commercial acumen.
- Result-oriented with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Dynamic, with strong priority management and proactivity.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluent in English.
A minimum of 2 years of successful experience in the corporate gift sector, selective distribution, or B2B sales.
Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent.
