1. Develop a coherent product assortment by sourcing new suppliers and innovative concepts aligned with La Grande Epicerie's strategy and customer expectations.
2. Maintain and enhance the product reference database, proposing new growth opportunities.
3. Collaborate with the purchasing manager, buyers, and marketing to plan commercial operations.
4. Lead commercial negotiations, manage supplier relationships, and conduct mandatory annual negotiations.
5. Monitor the implementation of negotiated terms and analyze supplier performance.
6. Work closely with commercial teams, incorporating field feedback to optimize sales.
7. Introduce new products to teams and develop sales support arguments.
8. Engage daily with logistics, marketing, communication, and e-commerce teams.
9. Coordinate with purchasing assistants and other consumer goods buyers.

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce, Business School, University, or Engineering.
2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in food offer management and purchasing, preferably in GMS or Fine Grocery.
