- Ensure a coherent product offering by constructing the product assortment, seeking new suppliers and innovative concepts aligned with the brand's strategy and customer expectations.
- Maintain the article reference system and propose new growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with the purchasing manager, buyers, and marketing to develop commercial operations and prepare selections.
- Lead commercial negotiations, manage supplier relationships, and conduct mandatory annual negotiations.
- Monitor the implementation of negotiated conditions and analyze supplier performance.
- Work closely with commercial teams, incorporate field feedback, and support sales optimization.
- Present new products to teams and develop sales support arguments.
- Engage daily with logistics, marketing, communication, and e-commerce teams.
- Collaborate with purchasing assistants and fellow consumer goods buyers.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business (Business School, University, or Engineering).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in managing food offerings and purchasing in mass retail or fine grocery.
- Passion for gastronomy.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Analytical and synthesis capabilities.
- Commercial acumen and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Strategic vision and strong product sense.
- Curiosity and customer orientation.
- Ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally.
At least 3 years of relevant experience in the field.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business.
