2. Participate in the preparation of construction work for commercial and rental spaces.
3. Monitor project schedules and progress of construction sites.
4. Facilitate communication between internal departments and external project managers.
5. Ensure compliance with safety standards, environmental regulations, and social legislation on construction sites.
6. Assist in the reception of completed works alongside construction managers.

1. Enrollment in an engineering school or a technical degree program.
2. Recognized for rigor, responsiveness, and results-oriented approach.

1. Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with project stakeholders.
2. Sensitivity to commercial architecture.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and AutoCAD.

Entry-level experience is acceptable, suitable for beginners.

Currently pursuing or holding a degree in engineering or a technical field.
