1. Provide comprehensive assistance to clients, addressing inquiries, recommendations, and resolving issues.
2. Coordinate with tour operators and guides to optimize customer flow and enhance the client experience.
3. Deliver concierge services including transportation arrangements, product delivery, and reservation management.
4. Update and inform clients about store services, events, and activities.
5. Issue purchase cards and ensure accurate client data registration.
6. Support Personal Shoppers by issuing privilege discount cards to eligible clients.
7. Follow up on client requests, including complaints and repairs.
8. Possess extensive knowledge of Parisian activities to meet client expectations.
9. Maintain relationships with major Parisian organizations to address client needs.
10. Coordinate with the Marketing team for guided tour scheduling and programming.
11. Maintain professional relationships with tour operators, guides, and drivers.
12. Assist Personal Shoppers in coordinating private visits, receptions, and ad-hoc client services.
13. Participate in organizing and supporting promotional and public relations activities in the store.

1. Secondary education diploma or equivalent, preferably in hospitality or service industry.
2. Experience in similar roles or luxury hospitality is required.
3. Proficiency in basic computer skills.
4. Fluency in English is essential; additional languages are advantageous.
