Le Bon Marché Concierge

- Provide comprehensive assistance to clients, addressing inquiries, recommendations, and resolving issues.
- Coordinate with tour operators and guides to optimize customer flow and enhance the client experience.
- Deliver concierge services including transportation arrangements, product delivery, and reservation management.
- Update and inform clients about store services, events, and activities.
- Issue purchase cards and ensure accurate client data registration.
- Support Personal Shoppers by issuing privilege discount cards to eligible clients.
- Follow up on client requests, including complaints and repairs.
- Possess extensive knowledge of Parisian activities to meet client expectations.
- Maintain relationships with major Parisian organizations to address client needs.
- Coordinate with the Marketing team for guided tour scheduling and programming.
- Maintain professional relationships with tour operators, guides, and drivers.
- Assist Personal Shoppers in coordinating private visits, receptions, and ad-hoc client services.
- Participate in organizing and supporting promotional and public relations activities in the store.
- Secondary education diploma or equivalent, preferably in hospitality or service industry.
- Experience in similar roles or luxury hospitality is required.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills.
- Fluency in English is essential; additional languages are advantageous.
- Proactive, agile, and resourceful.
- Team-oriented with professional appearance and communication.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse individuals.
- Ability to engage effectively with clients.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in similar roles or luxury hospitality is required.
Secondary education diploma or equivalent, preferably in hospitality or service industry.
