1. Support the Commercial Operations team in executing various projects.
2. Ensure the seamless implementation of commercial operations in collaboration with stakeholders such as the Artistic Direction, Purchasing, Sales, and Communication teams.
3. Draft point-of-sale advertising materials in coordination with the Quality Service and Artistic Direction.
4. Conduct competitive benchmarking for fine grocery inspirations, commercial themes, and trends.
5. Assist in product sourcing and partnership development for commercial events, including brand research, information requests, sample acquisition, product compliance verification, and administrative system entries.
6. Oversee the operational setup of products and pop-ups in stores.
7. Manage logistics and administrative tasks for each operation.
8. Monitor sales and performance reports, proposing optimizations.

1. Enrolled in a business school or equivalent university program, seeking a gap year or end-of-studies internship.
2. Demonstrates meticulous attention to detail and possesses strong writing skills.
3. Enjoys project-based work and is proactive with excellent interpersonal skills.
4. Has a keen interest in the gastronomy sector.
5. Fluent in English and proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
