1. Assist the Client Development and Partnerships Manager in executing strategies to attract and develop a high-end local and international clientele.
2. Coordinate with various partners and brands to create client events.
3. Develop event briefs and manage client data extractions in collaboration with the CRM department.
4. Innovate new services and event formats for premium clients.
5. Contribute ideas for cross-departmental store projects.
6. Conduct competitive benchmarks to maintain a precise understanding of market trends, particularly in event-driven loyalty programs and VIP client services.
7. Implement and monitor quantitative and qualitative aspects of partnerships, including those with hotels and cultural institutions.

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or a related field, preferably with a focus on Retail or Luxury.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
2. Fluency in English.
3. Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for client service.
